Booking Terms You Should Know Before You Ride
1. Garage-to-garage calculation. For both local duties and outstation duties, odometer readings, days and timings are calculated from our garage to our garage. We state this before booking so your final bill holds no surprises.
2. Parking, tolls and permits. Extra parking fees, tollgate charges and permit costs (as discussed at the time of booking) are borne by the customer.
3. Night allowance for local duty. An extra driver's night allowance of ₹200 applies for local duty running before 6:00 a.m. or after 11:00 p.m.
4. Outstation kilometre average. Outstation duty runs on an average of 300 km per day. Anything exceeding that average is charged at actuals, using the extra kilometre rate listed for your vehicle.
5. What outstation price covers. The outstation price includes the vehicle, fuel and driver.

Both hours and odometer readings are counted garage to garage for local as well as outstation duty. If your duty crosses the package limit, the extra hour and extra kilometre rates in the table above apply.
Are tolls and parking charges included?
No. Tollgate charges, parking fees, airport entry charges and permit costs are paid by the customer. Fuel and driver allowance are included in the quoted fare.
Do you charge extra for early morning or late night pickups?
For local duty, a driver's night allowance of ₹200 applies before 6:00 a.m. and after 11:00 p.m. This is the only night surcharge — there is no percentage-based surge pricing.
