Every one way route has its own fixed fare rather than a general per-kilometre rate. Three numbers make up that fare, and once you understand them you can predict your bill before you book:
Minimum KM
The standard distance for that route, measured on the usual highway path. Pune to Mumbai Airport is 158 km, Pune to Shirdi is 186 km.
Base Fare
The full amount for that minimum distance, with driver allowance, tolls and state tax already inside it. This is what you pay if you travel the standard route.
Extra Per KM
Applies only beyond the minimum — typically ₹12 to ₹20 depending on the vehicle. Charged for detours or a pickup far from the city centre.
💡 Worked Example
Pune to Mumbai Airport in a Hatchback: minimum 158 km, base fare ₹2,550, extra ₹12 per km. If your pickup is central Pune, you pay ₹2,550 — tolls and state permit included.
Now suppose you are being picked up from Wagholi, which adds roughly 15 km to the run. That is 15 × ₹12 = ₹180 extra, taking your fare to ₹2,730. Only airport parking and entry charges are billed on top.
Why route-specific fares instead of one flat rate per kilometre? Because real routes are not equal. The Mumbai-Pune Expressway is fast and predictable. The ghat road to Mahabaleshwar is slow and hard on the vehicle. A Pune to Goa run crosses a state border with permit costs attached. Pricing each route on its own keeps the quote honest instead of averaging everything into a number that overcharges some customers and undercharges others.
This is where one way differs most from our other services, and it works in your favour. Tolls and state tax are already inside the one way fare. On a round trip or a local hourly package, those are billed separately at the end of the journey. On a one way booking, the number we quote at the time of booking is what you hand over at the destination.
