We only ask for what a cab booking actually needs. Nothing more.

Your details are used to run your trip and keep our records straight:
We may occasionally send offers or travel updates to customers who have booked with us. Every such message includes a way to opt out, and you can also tell us on WhatsApp to stop — we will action it right away.

Our website runs on HTTPS, so everything you type into a booking form travels encrypted. Booking records sit on a secured server, and only authorised Pravasi Cab staff can open them. Drivers see only the trip details they need — never your full booking history.
We keep booking records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet accounting and tax requirements under Indian law. After that, they are removed.
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to:
📌 No charge, no forms. Just email or WhatsApp us with your request and the mobile number you booked from. We respond within a reasonable time and will not ask you to pay a fee.

Our booking service is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. Children travelling with a family booking are of course welcome in our cabs — we simply do not take booking details directly from minors.
We update this page whenever our practices change. The date at the top always shows the latest revision, so you can check any time to see whether anything has changed since your last booking.
